  • find your testosterone dosage sweet spot
  • do EVERYTHING without risking your short-term and long-term Health.

 

PRE CYCLE

find your natural testosterone levels by getting your blood hormone panel done.

It's important to do this all pre-cycle. BEFORE you hit the gear! The opposite of what most guys do.

The next section is full of information everyone gets wrong. They always get it wrong because they are getting their information from a bunch of random dudes with no scientific background.

 

What I am about to tell you will:

  • Save you at least $100 on each cycle.
  • Show you how to KEEP YOUR GAINS after your cycle
  • Reduce, or in most cases ELIMINATE any negative side effects.

Here it is:

  • If your natural testosterone levels are HIGH *around about 900 to 1500
  • most guys think "ok, my test levels are already HIGH – so that means, I don't need to take very much testosterone. "

This type of reasoning makes sense to someone who doesn't know anything about human biology and pharmacology.

  • If your test levels are high, and you start taking around 150 to 200 milligrams of test per week
  • You will not make any gains.

you're just going to be shutting down your own natural production of testosterone


BECAUSE:

The higher your natural test levels are - the more testosterone you're going to need from the start.

 

On the other hand:
 

  • if your natural test levels are sub 400 pre-cycle – and you only take 150 -200mgs of test per week –

YOU WILL GROW – VERY QUICKLY.

 

There have been about half a dozen studies that show men who were given around 600mgs of test per week, and got incredible results.

  • The men were on this dosage for 20 weeks!
  • Of the 1000 men who were given 600mgs of test per week, for 20 weeks:
  • NONE OF THEM, not a single one – experienced negative side effects.

ALL OF THEM experienced unbelievable strength gains, weight loss, and muscle growth.


NUTRITION

Anabolic Steroids work, by giving your body the to synthesize protein. Your body gets the protein and amino acids from food.

  • No food means no protein.
  • No protein means no muscle.

On cycle nutrition is completely different than being Natty.

  • on cycle you've got to eat!

If you're thinking:

  • "oh if I eat a lot of food on gear I'm going to get a fat."

NO -you won't. You need to get rid of that Natty mindset.

When you are on steroids – and you are doing it PROPERLY – you are ENHANCED.

  • You must start eating like you are enhanced. And TRAINING like you are enhanced.
  • This means – since you CAN work out harder and longer – you sure as fuck better.

 

Guys on gear talk about how great, and energized they feel AFTER a workout.

  • Energized after a workout?
  • Do you even know what a workout is?
  • If you have energy AFTER a workout – then – you havent worked out.

You need to TRAIN TO FAILURE. ALWAYS.


NOW ITS TIME TO START INJECTING TESTOSTERONE

We don't start high and taper even higher - we start low and then taper higher.

We need see how your body reacts to testosterone. We are concerned with Aromatization-

  • That's the conversion of Androgen testosterone to estrogen estrodial.


Because estrogen plus water retention is going to give you high blood pressure.

  • Just a tip for high blood pressure: an Ace inhibitor or magnesium, or Cialis is going to help.

Aromatase inhibitors

  • Once again we're going to do the opposite of what most guys do on cycle and try and avoid using an AI.
  • AI simply reduces the Estrogen conversion when we're supplementing the external testosterone.
  • AI'S are poor for blood glucose
  • they're very neurotoxic

Athough we don't want to use an AI – it's recommended that you have one on hand
I suggest you use aromasin instead of letrozole because the letro will suppress your lipids

 

 

We increase the dosage of testosterone, or whatever you're on - over time.

  • just like in the gym we progressively overload of the weights, so we progressively overload on the dosage of testosterone as we go along in the cycle.
  • Some of my clients find 300 milligrams of test per week is enough and other clients find that 600 milligrams a week is their sweet spot.

but listen - the difference between 300 milligrams of test and 600 milligrams of test a week is not a one to one of gains ratio.

  • just because you're doubling the dosage does not mean you're going to get double the gains
  • And in certain individuals it does just lead to more and more side effects.

how much do you increase the dosage?

  • it's best to progress it up 100 milligrams to 150 milligrams every 3 to 5 weeks.
  • again the goal is to find the lowest or the minimum effective dosage for the maximum gains and the least amount of side effects possible.

 

when do we evaluate the dosage?

  • when the aromatization starts getting too much and you start to see symptoms of high estrogen.
  • high blood pressure
  • nipple sensitivity
  • Moody all the time
  • you've got some oily skin leading to acne
  • gyno developing *make sure you nip this in the bud early if you have any symptoms use that AI that I said to have on hand

 

What is the general testosterone Sweet Spot dosage?

  • the best place to start is generally around about 300 milligrams per week
  • You want to keep your testosterone levels as constant as possible.
  • You don't want your levels dipping and rising, dipping and rising.

Thats why its best to use a "multi ester testosterone."

  • An ester is attached to the Testosterone molecule, and the body has to break it down to utilize the hormone. This creates a timed release,  depending on what type of ester the release could be fast, medium, or slow.
  • When you use a testosterone that has multiple ester  -  the release into the bloodstream is more controlled, and even.

Before starting your PCT - you need to TAPER DOWN your Testosterone to TRT levels.  (80-150mgs per week) while stopping all other compounds.

 

 

Here's an example – If you're running 500mgs of testosterone, you taper off to 250mgs a week for 3 weeks, then 125mgs for 3 weeks

WHILE you are tapering down the testosterone that, if you are using Arimidex -you MUST taper down their AI dosage as well. Otherwise - you will crash your E2 levels.

 

NOW - if all the gear in your system has cleared, if you have stopped all compounds, including, on cycle HCG, or AI -- and when your serum estrogen levels are around the mid top of the range (around 25-44 PG/ML)

 

Then NOW is the time to restart your Hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis

 

run 2000 iu of HCG every 3rd day – do 5 shots.
